Ask your teacher for class codes, username or PIN help, assignments and school-managed account changes. Your school administrator can help with school access and student data requests.
Product and privacy questions
A direct support email address is not available on this installation. For a school installation, contact your teacher or school administrator. If you use Tutype independently, check the Help page and contact whoever provided this installation for unresolved product or data questions.
Include the page you were using, what you expected, what happened and your browser or device. If you include a screenshot, remove personal information first. Never send a PIN, sign-in code or password.
For a data question, say whether your account uses email or belongs to a school. Privacy explains the available account controls and school visibility.
