Goal: Type a full passage of real text at a steady pace. Reports, notes and memos. Clear, plain writing with a few numbers mixed in.
We propose a small pilot to test a four-day work week with one team for three months. We'll track output, sick days and staff happiness, and compare them with the same months last year. If results are good, we'll widen the trial; if not, we'll return to five days with no penalty.
