Goal: Type a full passage of real text at a steady pace. Steps in order, the way recipes and manuals are written. Keep a calm, even pace.
Chop an onion, two carrots, two potatoes and a stick of celery. Soften the onion in oil for five minutes, add the rest and stir. Pour in a litre of stock, add a bay leaf, salt and pepper, and simmer for twenty-five minutes. Blend half of it for a thicker soup, or leave it chunky.
