Goal: Type a full passage of real text at a steady pace. Steps in order, the way recipes and manuals are written. Keep a calm, even pace.
Put the top of the screen at or just below eye level, about an arm's length away. Sit with your feet flat and your knees level with your hips. Keep your elbows near your sides and your wrists straight, floating above the keys. Take a short break every half hour to stand and stretch.
